Everything Bagel Spread

Ingredients

• 2 cup (16 ounces) whole milk ricotta
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 0.5 tsp kosher salt
• Capers
• Smoked salmon
• 0.25 cup thinly sliced red onion
• Everything bagel seasoning
• Fresh dill
• Lemon zest

Method

1. Combine ricotta, cream cheese, and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until smooth.
2. Spread whipped mixture onto a serving plate and add toppings.
