Zesty Fish Tacos with Spicy Sriracha Lime Sauce

Serves 4

Ingredients

• 4 cod fillets
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 0.5 tsp cumin
• 0.5 tsp garlic powder
• 0.5 tsp salt
• 8 small corn tortillas
• 2 cup shredded cabbage
• 0.5 small red onion (sliced)
• 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
• 0.25 cup mayo
• 0.25 cup sour cream
• 2 tsp sriracha
• salt & spices to taste

Method

1. Marinate cod fillets with lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt for 10 minutes.
2. Cook fish in a skillet until it flakes easily.
3. Mix mayo, sour cream, sriracha, lime juice, and spices for the sauce.
4. Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, onion, cilantro, and top with the spicy sriracha lime sauce.
